Approval record
The final record should state whether pricing, proposals, and commercial terms is approved for discovery, controlled testing, limited operation, scale, redesign, pause, or rejection. Name the population, allowed actions, owners, controls, measures, review date, and evidence that could reverse the decision. Avoid a permanent “approved” status for a workflow that depends on changing models, data, vendors, rules, and people.
